The Must-See exhibitions in Paris- February 2020

In February 2020, many exhibitions sign their last days, while some others are just getting started.

Here is a selection of our favorite exhibitions in Paris, mostly promoting women artists :

Charlotte Perriand, The Fondation Louis Vuitton

Until February, 24th 2020

Twenty years after the death of Charlotte Perriand, the Fondation Louis Vuitton is celebrating the visionary creator with an exceptional exhibition. This event highlights the links between her design, architecture and artworks.

Dedicating all its galleries to Charlotte Perriand, the Fondation Louis Vuitton presents her lifetime achievements and the links she forged with the greatest artists of her time. The "art of living", that she herself put into words and space, cannot be perceived without the apprehension of the works that accompanied her gaze.

Faire Corps exhibition- Gaîté Lyrique

Guided by a desire to eschew a passive approach and actively confront the challenges that lie before us, visual artists Claire Bardainne and Adrien Mondot have created a powerful, absorbing spatial experience for La Gaîté Lyrique, in which we immerse ourselves in swathes of shadow and rays of light, at turns flicking a finger or moving our entire body.

The exhibition is accompanied by series of related events straddling visual art, choreography and music, in which the focal point is the audience.

The exhibition "Faire corps - Adrien M & Claire B" received support from Fondation d’entreprise Martell.
