Amandine Azencott founded CODAGE Paris, a French cosmetic brand, in 2010 with her brother Julien. They both grew up within a family of doctors and pharmacists.

What is your greatest pride?
To live this amazing CODAGE journey with my brother, Julien. Starting from scratch, we created a real french House of cosmetology, as we have our own laboratory, doing R&D, production, etc in house.
We thus control our formulas and its quality.
Your next big challenge in 2020?
To keep on installing our integrated myCODAGE laboratories directly in house for our exclusive professional partners.
So they can create custom made skincare products directly onsite for their customers, to offer ultimate personalization and a unique experience.
How do you recharge your batteries ?
Playing and dansing with my kids. They make me realise what priorities are, and put my professional stress into perspective.
Your favorite Art?
I would love to say painting, singing or playing the music - but I have to be honest and say ... humor !
Who do you dream of collaborating with?
Dreams can always come true - so I prefer to keep it secret for now, do my best to make it happen and one day you will see it ;-)
Favorite restaurant?
For brunch with kids on week end - les Nicois. 75011 (they have a playground and a nanny to play with kids)

A museum / exhibition to recommend?
Musée Soulages à Rodez (paintings are amazing - truly love Soulagés art/ and the museum architecture is impressive)
Next trip ?
Mauritius Island, to visit our Hotel Spa Partner - Le Royal Palm Beachcomber. Professional trip, but I will certainly disconnect a little in this paradise. Working with a view makes it all more simple.

Any advice for someone who wants to live from their passion?
"Only I can change my life, no one can make it for me". Carol Burnett .
Just make sure you are ready for those changes and what it comes to reach them. Discuss it with your family first, as they will be so impacted so they need to approve and to be very supportive. Then, live it and make it happen.

Travels, nature, science, ongoing innovations within active ingredients, ancestral cultures, humans, etc
Biggest dream ?
Succeed with my kids what my parents achieved, and being as good as they were and still are. And of course, to keep dreaming, creating and developing CODAGE
